Refund Policy

Based on the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502, For hygiene and health reasons, returns, cancellations and exchanges cannot be made for underwear products that have been opened.

Since the products are shipped from abroad, we cannot cancel orders unless a cancellation request is made within 6 hours after the order is placed.


Damages and Problems

Please inspect your order carefully after receiving it. If the product defective , damaged or  wrongly sent If so, we kindly ask you to contact us via e-mail or live chat on our website within 3 days to resolve the issue.


Refunds

Once we receive your return, we will review it and notify you. If your request is approved, 10 business days refund within, to your original payment method will be done automatically.

Your bank or credit card company will complete the refund process. it may take extra time Don't forget.
