We sell to 3 different countries globally and ship all our products from our single warehouse abroad.

Order Processing Time

Your orders will be processed and shipped within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.


Delivery Time

Deliveries within Turkey are usually made within 7–12 business days .
However, delivery times may be extended during promotional periods, public holidays, or due to delays caused by the courier company. In such cases, you will be notified via email .


Cargo Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you'll receive an email with your tracking number and tracking details. With this information, you can easily track your shipment.

Shipping Options and Fees

Standard shipping service is offered throughout Turkey.
Shipping costs may vary depending on your delivery address, order amount and the shipping method you choose.


Address Information

Please ensure that your delivery address and postal code are correct and complete .
Our company is not responsible for orders that cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. Local shipping companies may charge additional fees for address changes.


Things to Consider When Receiving Your Cargo

Make sure you receive your package undamaged and complete during delivery.
If there is any problem, a report must be kept with the delivery person and reported to us on the same day.
In case of missing or incorrect product delivery, you must contact us within 3 days from the date of delivery .


International Shipping

Our products are shipped from our overseas warehouse. Therefore, delays caused by the courier company or disruptions arising from your country's customs regulations may occur. In such cases , our shipping department will notify you via email .
If your products are not delivered within 65 days from the date of shipment due to such problems, your payment will be refunded. (Undelivered packages cannot be refunded.)
